The University of Texas at San Antonio was established in 1969. As of 2009, the University comprises three campuses: UTSA's Main Campus in northwest San Antonio, its Downtown Campus, and the HemisFair Park Campus, which includes the Institute of Texan Cultures museum. The collection spans the years 1973 through 2008 and includes University of Texas at San Antonio serials, faculty and staff directories, graduate and undergraduate course catalogs, class schedules, brochures, invitations, a student handbook, a faculty handbook, information bulletins, student guides, and a graduate bulletin. Serials include the newsletters and magazines UTSA Bulletin, Discourse, Quarterly, Roadrunner, Sombrilla, UTSA Update, and @UTSA.
